Advertise is a script with two parts. The first works as a conventional server-side include for those who have it. The second works as a CGI script that reads your HTML as a template and inserts a banner at specially marked places on your page.

Even if you only use one banner, this script makes it a lot easier to change something, as you only have to edit the banner text once, rather than once per page. A VERY simple banner rotator. This is the easiest rotation script that we have ever seen. Just enter the URL to the banner and then enter the URL to where you want the clicks to go to, name it and its in the rotation. Allows you to delete banners also. Requires SSI.
